Cancellations and Refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (
[email protected] ) or fax (+90 212 258 60 78) about the cancellation of the accommodation. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
