REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration can be cancelled until January 31, 2024. A written cancellation request should be sent to organizing secretariat. Cancellations will not be accepted after January 31, 2024. Name changes are possible.

- The details of the hands-on training will be determined based on the requests of participating physicians.
- The training sessions will take place at the Dermatocosmetology Center of Istanbul Başakşehir Çam ve Sakura City Hospital.
- Transfer service will be provided for participants attending the training. Transfer service will only be available from Radisson Blu Hotel.
- Hands-on training will be conducted by 7 different instructors.
- A maximum of 10 participant physicians will receive training simultaneously in each room.
- Lunch will be served to participants between 13:00-14:00.
- Registration for hands-on training is not possible without registering for the congress.
- All dermatology assistants and dermatology specialists are welcome to participate.
- Dermatology assistants need to submit a document confirming their status as dermatology assistants from the departments where they work for participation.
- The fee for the Hair Transplantation Hands-on training is 150€ + VAT (20%) (1 day).
- The fee for the Hands-on training on Botulinum Toxin, Filler Applications, PRP, Mesotherapy, Thread Lifting, and Laser Treatments (1 day) is 150€ + VAT (20%).
- Participation in hands-on training is limited by quotas.
